Power MOSFET for use in automotive applications

ON Semiconductor NVTFS010N10MCL 100V 53A automotive power MOSFET is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable for usage in automotive applications. This single N-Channel device provides a low drain-to-source ON-Resistance and low capacitance to minimise driver losses.

The power MOSFET is provided in a small footprint eight-pin WDFN package for compact design, with a wettable flank option available for enhanced optical inspection.

Typical applications include solenoid driver for ABS, fuel injection; motor control for EPS, wipers, fans, seats; load switch for ECU, chassis, body; and switching power supplies.
