LED systems for UV-C purification and horticulture applications

The OSLON UV 6060 LED, part of ams OSRAM’s UV-C treatment portfolio, is intended to support applications that need purification and sanitisation of air, surfaces and water. The OSLON UV 6060 provides 100mW of radiant flux from a single die source at a peak wavelength of 265nm. This robust LED system solution delivers higher germicidal effectiveness and market-leading 5.7% wall-plug efficiency while providing greater flexibility, smaller size and instant-on functionality not witnessed with conventional lighting technologies. The UV 6060 can be installed right at the point of use for space-critical horticulture, sensing or UV-C treatment-based applications.
