Available now from Farnell element14, Rohm Semiconductor's line-up of
ultra-low-power consumption low-dropout (LDO) regulators offers a wide range
of packages. The devices are compatible with compact ceramic capacitors as
well as conventional tantalum and electrolytic capacitors, in order to
reduce the mounting area. The LDOs have half the current consumption of
traditional products and are AEC-Q100 qualified, says the company.
Typical applications include automotive MCU and infotainment power supplies,
LCDs and HUDs.
