Starter kits for most energy-friendly ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller family

Digi-Key now offers from stock Energy Micro's EFM32 Wonder Gecko Starter Kit. Describes as 'the most energy-friendly ARM Cortex-M4 microcontrollers', EFM32 Wonder Geckos, are available with new features like floating point unit (FPU), digital signal processing instructions (DSP), and eLL technology. Embedded applications will be able to process data more energy efficiently - making battery operated applications last longer. The kits include an on-board debugger, so everything needed to get started is included - just plug into a computer to start programming, says the company. The EFM32WG-STK3800 includes the ARM Cortex-M4 with FPU at 48MHz, on-board J-Link debugger from SEGGER, USB cables, capacitive, inductive and resistive sensors, touch buttons, LCD, free energy profiler and debugger software, IDE's and documentation.
