Vishay Semiconductors' TMBS trench MOS barrier Schottky rectifiers are now
available from Mouser stock. The devices come in the low-profile
surface-mount (0.95mm) SMPA package and offer current ratings from 3A to 8A.
The devices feature low forward voltage drop down to 0.37 V at 3A to reduce
power losses and increases efficiency.
The 45V devices are AEC-Q101-qualified for automotive applications, while
50V rectifiers are ideal for smart phone and tablet chargers, says the
company.
