Trench MOS barrier Schottky rectifiers for autos, smart phone and tablet chargers

Vishay Semiconductors' TMBS trench MOS barrier Schottky rectifiers are now available from Mouser stock. The devices come in the low-profile surface-mount (0.95mm) SMPA package and offer current ratings from 3A to 8A. The devices feature low forward voltage drop down to 0.37 V at 3A to reduce power losses and increases efficiency. The 45V devices are AEC-Q101-qualified for automotive applications, while 50V rectifiers are ideal for smart phone and tablet chargers, says the company.
