High-efficiency IGBTs optimize conduction and switching los performance

11-03-2015 | Mouser Electronics | Semiconductors

STMicroelectronics' STGWT28IH125DF IGBTs are now available from Mouser. They were developed using an advanced proprietary trench gate field-stop structure to optimize performance in both conduction and switching losses. A freewheeling diode with a low drop forward voltage is co-packaged. The result is a product specifically designed to maximize efficiency for any resonant and soft-switching application such as those in induction heating products, microwave ovens and resonant converters.
