Now stocked by Mouser, Avago's ACNT-H61L low-power digital optocoupler comes
in a 14.2mm wide 'creepage and clearance stretched' SO8 package. The
device combines a light emitting diode (LED) and an integrated high-gain
photo detector designed to provide an optically-isolated interface for
system control and a data communications interface. The device is extremely
low power, consuming up to 2mA of supply current across wide temperature
range. The LED forward current operates from 4.5mA. The device assures AC
and DC performance over the wide temperature range of -40C to +105C, says
the company.
