Power amplifier for use in point-to-point radios for 18GHz band cellular back-haul applications

Featuring a temperature-compensated integrated power detector operating from 17.65 - 19.75GHz, Macom's MAAP-011145-STD 2W power amplifier are now stocked by Mouser. The MAAP-011145-STD provides 25dB gain, 43dBm OIP3, 2W P1dB and 34.5dBm saturated output power. The device is assembled in a compact 7mm x 7mm surface-mount package. The device has ESD protection and by-pass capacitors to ease the implementation and volume assembly of the packaged part. This power amplifier is specifically designed for use in point-to-point radios for cellular back haul applications in the 18GHz band.
