New capacitive coupled MOSFET relays with in ultra-miniature TSON package

Panasonic Electric Works new PhotoMOS capacitive-coupled MOSFET relays are now available from TTI Europe. The new ultra-miniature TSON package offers both a small footprint and numerous technical advantages, says the company. The ultra-miniature TSON package contributes to space savings and high-density mounting. The device's 3.5 mm2 mounting area is approximately 46 % less than previous product (SON type). Other features include low current consumption (input current: Max. 0.2mA) and performance at high-temperature (Max. 105C), voltage driving type (3V to 5V), input current of CC type is less than half of previous products, contributing to energy saving.. Typical applications include measuring equipment: IC tester, probe cards, board tester and other testing equipment, telecommunication equipment, security / safety systems, industrial and metering.
