Design & Manufacture
Now stocked by Farnell element14, Avago's 5MBd digital optocouplers are
primarily designed around lower power consumption and lower supply voltage
applications. The ACPL-x2xL devices draw less than 10mW without compromising
signal isolation capability or integrity.
These 5MBd optocouplers feature a minimum input drive current of 1.6mA,
maximum supply current of 1.1mA and a low supply voltage of 3.3V and CMOS
outputs, enabling a reduction in power consumption of up to 80% compared to
conventional 5MBd digital optocouplers and other isolators on the market,
says the company.
Operating temperature range -40C to 105C, making the devices ideal for
industrial applications such as motor controllers, microprocessors system
interfaces, high-speed line receiver, power control system, ground loop
elimination, isolation for high speed logic systems and computer peripheral
interfaces.
