Schottky rectifier optimised for mobile charger applications

29-07-2015 | Farnell element14 | Power

The Fairchild Semiconductor FSV1060V Schottky rectifier is now available from Farnell element14. The device is optimised for mobile charger applications and offers breakthrough performance squeezed into a small, flat-lead, TO-277 package. It sinks only 13mA reverse current at high temperature and provides forward voltage drop of 0.2V at 1A operating current in a charger design, says the company. The FSV1060V supports a typical Z height of 1.1mm and is both RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. It is also meets MSL 1 per JESD22-A111 full-body solder immersion. Typical applications include mobile charger, solar panel and reverse polarity protection.
