Enabling designers to evaluate the performance features of the HMC1118LP3DE high-isolation SPDT non-reflective switch, the Analog Devices / Hittite EV1HMC1118LP3D evaluation board is now stocked by Mouser. The general-purpose HMC1118LP3DE broadband switch operates in the 9kHz to 13GHz range. Designed for high isolation and low insertion loss, the switch offers >47db isolation and 0.6dB insertion loss up to 8GHz with 6µs 0.1dB settling time. HMC1118LP3DE operates using positive control voltage logic lines of +3.3/0V and requires +3.3V and -2.5V supplies. The EV1HMC1118LP3D evaluation board includes the PC mount SMA RF connector, thru-hole mount test point, HMC1118LP3DE SPDT switch, and 600-01012-00-1 evaluation PCB.
