Medium-power 1A transistors available in 45V, 60V and 80V versions

Mouser now stocks NXP Semiconductor's BC5xPAS NPN medium-power transistors which are available in 45V, 60V, or 80V versions all with a 1A collector current rating. The smaller DFN2020D-3 package of the BC5xPAS transistors are ideal for smaller PCBs. The BC5xPAS transistors are designed for a wide variety of projects, including linear voltage regulators, battery driven devices, low side switches, power management, and amplifiers. The BC5xPAS series are also AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
