The Curiosity development board from Microchip provides flexibility for experimentation through an application header with ground (GND) and supply voltage (VDD) connections. It also includes indication LEDs, mTouch button and push-button switches, and a potentiometer. It also features a Bluetooth module footprint and supports the mikroBUS system, giving access to over 100 plug-in Click Boards that can be used in application development. Power is supplied via a USB connector on the back of the board. Curiosity also features a built-in demo program. Curiosity is fully compatible with MPLAB Code Configurator and MPLAB X v3.05 or later, says the company.
