RFMW now supplies the Qorvo TQC9074, a high dynamic range analog-controlled variable-gain amplifier (VGA) operating from 0.7 to 2.8GHz.
The device combines a gain block, voltage variable attenuator and 0.5W linear amplifier in a 5mm x 5mm QFN package. Users can access each stage of the module for performance enhancements in their design. The TQC9074 offers 30dB of analog controlled gain variation range and an OIP3 of 41.5dBm. Applications include remote radio heads and small cell infrastructure. The TQC9074 draws 235mA from a 5V supply.
