Now available from Mouser stock, Toshiba TX03 32-Bit RISC microcontrollers
embed an ARM Cortex-M3 core, which provides the high code density and fast
interrupt response times required for many real-time applications.
The microcontrollers also incorporate the Toshiba-proprietary NANO FLASH
memory. These feature high capacity and low power consumption and are ideal
for real-time control. They offer the industry's highest code density and
offer many features that are unique to Toshiba products, says the company.
