Micro Commercial Components' fast recovery epitaxial diodes (FRED) power
modules are now available from Mouser stock.
The modules offer soft reverse recovery characteristics and an ultra-fast
reverse recovery time. They feature low reverse recovery loss, low forward
voltage and a high surge current capability.
Applications include inversion welders, UPS systems, plating power supplies,
ultrasonic cleaners / welders, PFC circuits, converters and choppers.
