Universal magnetic field sensors with linear analog output

02-10-2015 | Mouser Electronics | Test & Measurement

Universal magnetic field sensors with a linear analog output based on the Hall effect, Micronas HAL 1820 Series sensors are now available from Mouser stock. The device can be used for angle and linear measurements if combined with a rotating or moving magnet. Major characteristics such as field range, sensitivity, offset (output voltage at zero magnetic field), and the temperature coefficients are programmable in a non-volatile memory.
