The STMicroelectronics STF12N65M2 N-channel 8A / 650V MOSFET transistor is now available from RS Components. The 3-pin TO-220FP packaged device was developed using MDmesh M2 technology. Due to its strip layout and an improved vertical structure, the device exhibits low on-resistance and optimized switching characteristics, rendering it suitable for the most demanding high-efficiency converters.
