Mouser now stocks the GaN Systems GS66508T enhancement-mode GaN transistor.
The 650V power switch features a top-cooled configuration and comes in an
ultra low FOM Island Technology die, low inductance GaN PX package. It has
reverse current capability, integral source sense and dual gate pads for
optimal board layout.
Applications include on-board battery chargers, 400V DC-DC conversion,
inverters, UPS, and VFD motor drives, AC-DC power supplies (PFC and
primary), VHF small form factor power adapters, high-frequency and
high-efficiency power conversion.
