Ideal for general-purpose, reverse-polarity protection and rectification
applications, Fairchild Semiconductor FS8 standard recovery surface-mount
rectifiers are now available from Mouser stock.
The devices offer outstanding performance, a compact size, and are qualified
per the AEC-Q101 REV. C standard. They sink 8A DC forward current and offer
very high forward surge capability of up to 230A using only a 0.37µA reverse
leakage current. Featuring a small, flat-lead, T0-277 package and a typical
height of 1.1mm, these rectifiers are optimized for space-constrained
applications.
