Mouser is now stocking the STMicroelectronics STL25N60M2-EP, an N-channel
power MOSFET which comes in a PowerFLAT 8mm x 8mm HV package and is
developed using MDmesh M2 EP enhanced-performance technology.
The device features a strip layout and an improved vertical structure for
low on-resistance and optimized switching characteristics. It also has very
low turn-off switching losses, rendering it suitable for demanding
high-frequency converters.
