Honeywell's Standard Power Series magnetoresistive sensor ICs are now available from Farnell element14. The ultra-sensitive integrated circuit (IC) range offers durable, reliable speed or position sensors for large air gaps or small magnetic fields in standard power applications. Features include high sensitivity for increased air gap, standard power 3VDC to 24VDC supply voltage range for potential use in a wide range of applications, SOT-23 surface-mount or flat TO-92 3-pin package options, omnipolar sensing activates with either pole from a magnet, and a temperature range -40C to 85C.
