A high efficiency (>90 percent peak), pin-programmable 5A step-down,
synchronous DC-DC converter, the Microchip / Micrel MIC24046-H is now
available from Mouser stock.
The MIC24046-H offers pin-selectable output voltage, switching frequency,
and current limit settings designed to improve design flexibility and
eliminate multiple external components.
Available in a 20-pin, 3mm x 3mm QFN package with a junction temperature
range of -40C to +125C, the MIC24046-H step-down DC-DC converter is suitable
for end-equipment such as network switches / routers, servers, storage, base
stations, FPGA and DSP power as well as factory automation and security
cameras.
