Mouser now stocks the ON Semiconductor AX50 RF transceiver, a single-chip, narrow-band, low-power RF transceiver for 27MHz - 1050MHz frequency bands. The device has a highly-efficient and integrated power amplifier and programmable power level in 0.5dB Steps. It has an ultra-fast settling RF frequency synthesizer for low-power consumption. It has an RX/TX Switching with differential antenna pins, automatic channel noise level tracking, and a 256 byte micro-programmable FIFO which optionally supports packet sizes > 256 bytes. Compatible with Wireless M-Bus, POCSAG, FLEX, KNX, Sigfox and Z-Wave, the device targets applications such as 27 - 1050MHz licensed and unlicensed radio systems, IoT, automatic meter reading (AMR), security, building automation, wireless networks, messaging paging.
