Mouser now stocks the Avago Technologies ACPL-31JT automotive MOSFET gate
drive optocoupler which features fast propagation delay with high timing
skew performance.
Integrated smart features to protect the MOSFET include desaturation sensing
with shutdown protection and fault feedback, under voltage lockout and
feedback and active Miller current clamping. This full featured and
easy-to-implement gate drive optocoupler comes in a compact,
surface-mountable SO-16 package for space-savings.
The device is ideal for driving power MOSFETs used in AC/DC and DC-DC
converters and satisfies automotive AEC-Q100 semiconductor requirements.
