Automotive-grade MLCC range offers more options

AVX's recently extended capacitance range AEC-Q200 X7R MLCCs are now available from TTI Europe, resulting in a much broader product offering with several new high volumetric efficiency options. The new part numbers now being offered include the 1210 100V 3.3uF X7R (12101C335K4) 0805 50V 1uF X7R (08055C105K4), and 2220 100V 10uF X7R (22201C106K4). The extended capacitance range ratings add even greater value to our line of X7R MLCCs, which are already available in a wide range of case sizes and voltage ratings. The newly released X7R parts numbers are also available with the AVX Flexiterm option providing enhanced mechanical robustness.
