High-performance oscillators that generate a commonly used reference clock,
Texas Instruments' LMK61xx ultra-low jitter oscillators are now available
from Mouser stock.
Each device is pre-programmed in the factory to support any reference clock
frequency; supported output formats are LVPECL up to 1GHz, LVDS up to
900MHz, and HCSL up to 400MHz. Internal power conditioning provides
excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR), reducing the cost and
complexity of the power delivery network. The device operates from a single
3.3V ± 5% supply.
The devices are high-performance replacements for crystal, SAW, or
silicon-based oscillators, says the company.
