Mouser now stocks the ON Semiconductor AX8052Fxxx, a single-chip ultra
low-power RF microcontroller used in the 400-470MHz and 800-940MHz bands.
The highly-integrated RF frequency synthesizer features ultra-fast settling
time for low power consumption. It contains a high-speed microcontroller
which is highly compatible with industry standards. The AX8052F131 can be
operated from a 2.2V to 3.6V power supply over a temperature range of -40C
to 85C. It is able to transmit data rates of up to 350kbps for FSK modulated
data and up to 2000kbps for ASK or PSK modulated data.
