New 8W to 200W DC-DC converters for railway and transportation applications

Designed to perform at the highest levels under the most extreme harsh and hazardous environments, Power Sources Unlimited (PSU) now offers a broad range of Traco Power 8W to 200W DC-DC converters for the railway / transportation applications. The TEN, TEP and TEQ Series isolated high-performance DC-DC converters offer ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage ranges that meet the stringent requirements for mobile and stationary railway applications in accordance to EN 50155 standard. Input voltage ranges cover the nominal 24, 36, 72 and 110VDC with ±40% tolerance. Single output voltage range from 3.3VDC to 48VDC while the TEN Series offers both single and dual outputs. Standard features include wide operating temperature range, very high efficiency, remote On/Off, over-voltage protection and under voltage lockout circuit. Shock and vibration / thermal shock in accordance to EN 61373 and MIL-STD-810F The company offers a wide variety of rugged, industry-standard packages, the TEN Series come in a DIP-24 metal package. The TEP Series are housed in a sealed half-brick package, (optional chassis mount models with screw terminal block and EMI filter and DIN-rail mount are available) and the TEQ Series units are packaged in a rugged, chassis-mount sealed metal case.
