Qorvo TQQx10x BAW Duplexers, available from Mouser, are exceptionally high-performance BAW duplexers for base station applications. These applications include general purpose wireless and LTE Bands 1, 3 or 7. The TQQx10x is housed in compact 2mm x 2.5mm or 3mm x 3mm packages. These filters are an ideal choice for small cell BTS or RF filtering that need low insertion loss, coupled with high attenuation. No external matching is required.
Typical applications include band 1 duplexer for small cell BTS (TQQ7101), band 3 uplink/downlink duplexer infrastructure (TQQ6103), band 7 duplexer for small cell BTS (TQQ6107), base station and general purpose wireless.
