RF Digital Simblee BLE series, available now from Mouser, integrates Bluetooth low energy functionality to embedded mobile apps using an Arduino integrated development environment. Using Simblee, designers can begin developing mobile apps without first having to learn Xcode or Android SDKs.
?It supports mobile, Bluetooth Smart, Mesh, Cloud, and other types of wireless connectivity. Designers can pass interface information over Bluetooth Smart to a generic framework Simblee for mobile app on a mobile device. Developed as IoT for connecting Everyone and Everything, Simblee-enabled devices can interact with each other without the need to download additional apps for each device. With a low latency of 3ms, enabled devices can connect almost instantly.
The benefits include interacting with enabled-devices without having to download native apps; easily create IOS and Android apps without using Xcode or the Android SDK; hardware code and mobile are both on the same page of code; creative phone and tablet apps; device functionality, app functionality, cloud functionality all in one session; and create true end-to-end IoT products and accelerate design time.
