Diodes Incorporated B1x0Q 1.0A surface mount schottky barrier rectifiers, available from Mouser, are AEC-Q101 qualified, ‘Green’ devices (halogen and antimony free). They feature a guard ring die construction for transient protection and a surge overload rating to 30A peak. The B1x0Q series surface mount schottky barrier rectifiers are low power loss, high efficiency devices for use in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters.
The B1x0Q Rectifiers are ideal for use as polarity protection diodes, re-circulating diodes, switching diodes, blocking diodes, or freewheel diodes.
