Available from Mouser, the Cypress CY5677 CYSMART BLE 4.2 USB dongle is a BLE-to-USB bridge featuring a Bluetooth 4.2-compliant PRoC BLE to test and debug Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) systems. This dongle can be used with the CySmart BLE Test and Debug Tool (Windows® PC) to emulate a BLE host on your computer. The device uses their PRoC BLE (CYBL11573-56LQXI) and PSoC 5LP (CY8C5868LTI-LP039) devices. It is qualified for the Bluetooth 4.2 specification and is factory-programmed to emulate a BLE GAP Central device for debugging BLE applications like those implemented using the CY8CKIT-042-BLE Pioneer Kit.
