High-gain operational amplifiers with low input offset voltage

05-05-2016 | Mouser Electronics | Semiconductors

Diodes Incorporated LM290xAQ operational amplifiers, stocked by Mouser, consist of two or four independent high-gain operational amplifiers with very low input offset voltage specification. The series can operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages or from split power supplies. The amplifiers offer low power supply current regardless of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. The LM2902AQ quad devices available in SO-14 and TSSOP-14 while LM2904AQ dual devices are available in SO-8, TSSOP-8 and MSOP-8. All models come with industry standard pin-outs and use green mould compound as standard. The series has been characterised for operation from -40C to +125C, qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1, and is automotive compliant supporting production part approval process.
