Stocked by Farnell element14, the Digilent Genesys 2 FPGA development board, is an advanced, high-performance data and video processing board based on the powerful Kintex-7 field programmable gate array (FPGA) from Xilinx. Built-in peripherals include high speed digital video ports, external memory, audio and USB 2.0 and Ethernet, plus a fully populated high speed FMC HPC connector. Based on the Kintex-7 FPGA and compatible with Xilnex’s new Vivado Design Suite, the board offers high performance data and video processing out of the box, with extensive expansion possibilities thanks to a fully populated high-speed FMC HPC connector. It features several built-in peripherals, including fast external memories, audio and USB 2.0 to allow a wide variety of additional applications, high speed digital video ports and Ethernet. Also included in any order is a voucher that unlocks the Design Edition of Vivado, which is device-locked to the Genesys 2.
