Stocked by Mouser, Vishay TPC11CA-TPC36CA Bi-Direct 1500W TVS Diodes feature a junction passivisation optimised PAR design, low leakage current and very fast response time. The TPC11CA through to TPC36CA diodes have a higher power dissipation and are housed in a smaller TO-277A package.
Common applications for these devices are inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFETs, signal lines of sensor units for automotive, consumer, computer, industrial and telecom applications.
All parts are AEC-Q101 qualified for the automotive market.
