Stocked by Mouser, the ams AS6200 digital temperature sensor features high measurement accuracy (±0.4C) and low power consumption (6µA operation and 0.1µA standby). AS6200 communicates via a 2-wire digital bus with other devices.
This sensor consists of a Si bandgap temperature sensor, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital signal processor. The sensor provides a factory-calibrated sensor, integrated linearisation, and the ability to use two of the devices on one bus. This temperature sensor also offers an alert function that can trigger an interrupt to protect devices from excessive temperatures.
