Available from Mouser, the Littelfuse SP3374NUTG is a 3.3V 40A TVS Diode Array. The device protects against ESD (electrostatic discharge), cable discharge events, electrical fast transients, and lightning induced surges for high-speed, differential data lines.
The device can protect up four channels or two differential pairs, up to 40A (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition,) and up to 30kV ESD (IEC 61000-4-2). Features include a ‘flow-through’ design to minimise signal distortion, reduce voltage overshoot, and provide a simplified PCB design.
The low capacitance and low clamping voltage makes it ideal for for high-speed data interfaces such as 1GbE applications.
