MikroElektronika SpeakUp clicks, available from Mouser, are speech recognition click boards that can recognise over 200 different voice commands. The onboard STMicroelectronics STM32F415RG (ARM Cortex-M4) MCU can then carry out commands instantly.
The click is easy to configure and learns from scratch, so it can understand commands spoken in any language. Using a simple interface on a computer, a word or phrase can be recorded and assigned to an instruction. The speech recognition capabilities firmware is based on the DTW algorithm. This algorithm turns talk into action almost instantly.
