RFMW now supplies the Skyworks SKY13585-679LF single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch which supports transmit / receive applications from 1 to 6GHz such as WLAN networks, WiFi, repeaters, ISM band radios, Bluetooth and connectivity modules.
Capable of operating from 1.8 or 3.3V control logic without degrading power handling, the SKY13585-679LF has a P0.1dB point of 31dBm. Isolation ranges from 22 to 28dB, dependent on frequency, with typical insertion loss of 0.4dB. Integrated DC blocking caps reduce PCB footprint requirements for this 1mm x 1mm packaged switch.
