Mouser – Photorelay ideal for switching applications in high-speed testers

20-10-2016 | Mouser Electronics | Test & Measurement

The Toshiba TLP3406S photorelay, in stock at Mouser, consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light emitting diode. This device features a very small ON-resistance. The device is offered in a compact S-VSON4 package. Compared to previous products in a VSON4 package, this photorelay has an approximately 22% smaller mounting area. Since it can drive current up to 1.5A, this device is ideal for switching applications in high-speed testers.
