Newhaven Display offers HDMI interface displays which are now larger than ever before. Their HDMI TFT product line is increasing to include two new 10.1" size modules. These two new displays feature 10.1” TFT paired with their custom PCB created by the company for HDMI compatibility, among other options. The two displays are different with one having a capacitive touch screen version, and a version with no touch panel. Both come standard with a durable steel mounting bracket offering server-rack-height threaded mounting holes. Both of the 1modules are 1024x600 pixel resolution and offer MVA technology for 75-degree viewing from all angles. The boards on these products feature a Texas Instruments Audio Amplifier embedded to enable for the use of the audio channel already supported by HDMI.
As with the company's other HDMI TFT Modules, the process of connecting to the display is extremely easy. There is no need to work around any ribbon cables or extra controller boards, as the user can connect a standard HDMI cable directly to the TFT Module. Setup for the Capacitive Touch Panel version is simple as well; Connect the touch panel via USB cable and the USB-HID driver recognition will quickly initialise the touch panel for use right away.
