Connector system provides high vibration and locking resistance

Amphenol FCI Minitek MicroSpace Connector System, available now from Mouser, is designed based on a crimp-to-wire platform that facilitates LV214 severity-2 and performs at 1.8mm, 1.5mm, and 1.27mm pitch.

The system is intended to be highly customisable in terms of stack heights and the number of positions. This system is offered in single and double row versions, with top and side latch configurations. The connector system provides high vibration and locking resistance, current rating up to 4A per contact, and Terminal Positioning Assurance. Features incorporate designs based on existing and proven design controls and Poka-yoke polarisation.

The connector system is excellent for automotive, camera, sensor, navigation, HVAC, headliner, lighting, power steering, and radio/DVD applications.
