The Cinch Trompeter Ganged Triax solution, offers a reliable, convenient, and beneficial solution for applications that need high noise immunity, sturdy construction options, remarkably low current measurements, decreased cable losses and loading, and decreased distributed capacitance through the length of the transmission line. This solution offers the engineer custom options for designing multi-channel connector assemblies that chiefly remove these modern challenges and provides even higher-channel count precision current testing.
The connector assembly assures low-mating force with high-quality mating. These connectors are based on the Trompeter 150 Series TRS subminiature triaxial connectors, regularly employed in test and measurement applications. This type of high-density packaging (50 triax connections in a 2” x 4” package) allows the construction of custom-sized and custom-shaped multi-channel connector assemblies with channel counts from two to 50. Multiple connector assemblies, or blocks, can also be conveniently consolidated in space-constrained environments to improve the channel count to several hundred or more.
