ROLEC has added a new machine/wall pivot mount to its profiPANEL range of command/HMI enclosures. The new pivot mount offers a cost-effective option for mounting these enclosures on suspension arms. It is ideal for loads up to 20kg.
The pivot mount is created for easy mounting to walls, machine housings or standard machine building profiles. There are three mounting options (left side, right side, desktop use). The pivot mount can rotate at 180 degrees and has a stop limit to stop over-rotation. There is also an abundance of internal routing space (Ø27mm) for cables.
The assembly incorporates two sections which are fitted to the sides of the enclosure. It is ideal for customer-specified plan sizes of profiPANEL (up to 800mm x 800mm) in two depths: 90mm and 150mm and all four sizes of the profiPANEL STANDARD range from 400mm x 400mm x 90mm to 600mm x 520mm x 90mm.
Other accessories for range incorporate a swivelling keyboard tray (450mm) and mouse tray, ergonomic designer profile handles, a mounting bracket set and alternative polyamide corner covers in traffic red (RAL 3020), traffic blue (RAL 5017) and deep black (RAL 9005).
Customising options for the ranges include CNC machining, bespoke colours, printing and engraving of legends and logos, EMC shielding, membrane keypads and complete assembly.
