Connectors ideal for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications

Molex Micro-Lock Plus Vertical Connectors, available now from Mouser, are 1.25mm pitch vertical headers with a positive lock feature and an arbitrary potting ability. These locking and potting features of the connectors help stop whickering for a clean and uninterrupted signal. The potting liquid version offers additional protection against ingress of moisture and dust. These vertical headers are excellent for usage in a mixture of industrial and consumer applications.

The connectors offer robust metal solder tabs, providing secure PCB retention and strain relief to solder joints. Added walls help to protect positive lock from being immersed in potting material.

The connectors offer 50V maximum voltage, 3.6A maximum current, with 20mOhm maximum contact resistance, 500VAC dielectric withstanding voltage, and 100MOhm minimum insulation resistance. The switches have -40C to +105C operating temperature range.
