Infineon Technologies BTS5200-ENA Daughter-Board, available now from Mouser, offers a one-channel high-side switch of BTS5200-1ENA and is compatible with PROFET+ motherboard.

This daughter-board is optimised for design flexibility over the PROFET+ 12V and 24V family by pin to pin and external components compatibility. The board functions in conjunction with the motherboard to drive common automotive loads. This board provides high short-circuit robustness, enhanced short-circuit operation, overvoltage protection, and overtemperature protection with a restart. The daughter-board comprises a stable diagnostic signal throughout short circuit and overtemperature switch off detection.
