Ultra-dense mezzanine strips self-align for simpler processing

Samtec AcceleRate HD Ultra-Dense Mezzanine Strips offer a low-profile 5mm stack height, with a slim 5mm width, and a 0.635mm pitch. These interconnects are available now from Mouser. These micro interconnects are super dense providing up to 240 total inputs/outputs (I/Os). The four-row design enables 10 to 60 positions per row. The device header and socket connectors are PCIe Gen 5 compatible, supporting 56Gbps PAM4 (28Gbps NRZ) applications, and offer an Edge Rate contact system that is optimised for signal integrity performance. The solder ball technology self-aligns for simpler processing while the open-pin-field design providing grounding and routing flexibility.

These mezzanine strips are compatible with the company's UMPT/UMPS Ultra Micro-Power Connectors for flexible two-piece power/signal solutions.
