Mouser stocks a mixture of breakout boards from Pimoroni created to facilitate extra functionalities for Raspberry Pi and Arduino boards. The breakout boards provide useful functions including audio output, sensors, and motor control.
These breakout boards include the PIM476 1.3" SPI colour LCD breakout board, PIM480 SGP30 sensor breakout board, and PIM479 DRV8830 breakout board. The PIM476 LCD breakout board provides a crisp and bright display with outstanding viewing IPS angles. The board runs up to 50FPS, is compatible with all models of Raspberry Pi and Arduino and provides reverse polarity protection.
The PIM480 SGP30 sensor board is based on the Sensirion multi-pixel gas sensor SGP, which measures TVOC and eCO2 in indoor environments. The sensor board provides reverse polarity protection, minimal drift through time, and Raspberry Pi-compatible pinout.
The company also stocks the Pimoroni PIM479 DRV8830 breakout board, an H-bridge DC motor driver with a configurable current limit of 0.2A or 1A. The breakout board — which includes a Texas Instruments DRV8830 brushed DC motor driver — is bi-directional and speed-controllable and includes four different I2C addresses that can be employed simultaneously.
